This isn’t back-office support, it’s high-impact, cross-team execution. You’re the go-to lead for office excellence, HR workflows, and strategic initiatives that scale our culture and systems.

What Will You Be Responsible For?
Company Operations – Running the Core Engine
- Own end-to-end operations across Israel and the US, ensuring continuity, efficiency, and reliability across all physical and digital workflows.
- Act as the single point of coordination for office management, travel, procurement, and cross-border employee logistics.
- Build and maintain operational frameworks that scale, integrating tools, vendors, and policies to streamline our company’s day-to-day rhythm.
Examples: Managing vendors, IT coordination, travel logistics, office supplies, and internal operational tools (e.g., Mesh).
Employee Experience – Owning the Lifecycle
- Lead onboarding and offboarding as a human-centered, compliance-focused experience across geographies.
- Drive employee engagement and culture programs, from swag and milestones to team events and recognition moments.
- Ensure tools, processes, and support systems empower employees to thrive from Day 1 to Year 10.
Examples: Managing the employee welfare budget, swag distribution, and inclusive engagement programs across Israel and the US.
HR Operations – Empowering People at Scale
- Own HR operational workflows, from documentation to systems management and structured policy execution.
- Coordinate hiring operations by owning platforms, tools, and vendor management with Recruiting and Talent partners.
- Partner on Employer Branding, working with Marketing to craft assets that position the company as an employer of choice.
Examples: Managing platforms like Comet, coordinating with headhunters, owning offer-stage execution, and enabling hiring visibility.
