Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize end-to-end product experiences that improve acquisition, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Develop and run growth experiments and A/B tests across signup, onboarding, and usage funnels.
- Collaborate with product, data, and GTM teams to implement PLS-specific workflows
- Instrument analytics, tracking, and event pipelines to measure experiment outcomes.
- Continuously reduce friction and improve user experience while ensuring scalability.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Expertise
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in product companies (SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or similar).
- Full stack background with strong React/JavaScript skills and a track record of shipping user-facing features at scale.
- Experience with Node.js (APIs, async jobs, microservices).
- Hands-on with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, Looker, etc.).
Product & Growth Mindset
- Background working in high-growth product-led companies.
- Experience building and iterating on features based on data, usage insights, and rapid experimentation.
- Familiarity with growth metrics (activation, retention, expansion) and PLS workflows.
Collaboration
- Ability to work closely with engineers, PMs, designers, and GTM stakeholders to bring growth ideas to life.
