Responsibilities:
Leadership:
• Lead and manage Customer Success teams across Israel and the United States
• Hire, mentor, and develop team members, driving a high-performance and ownership-driven culture
• Define KPIs and ensure strong execution across retention, adoption, and expansion
• Build and scale CS processes, playbooks, and best practices
Accounts:
• Oversee a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers across the full lifecycle
• Support strategic customer engagements (onboarding, QBRs, executive reviews)
• Ensure customers achieve measurable value and ROI from Alta’s AI GTM platform
• Drive adoption and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales
Risk:
• Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks using data and customer health signals
• Monitor key metrics such as engagement, product usage, and pipeline impact
• Own escalations and ensure fast resolution of critical issues
Relationships:
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Position the team as trusted advisors, helping customers integrate Alta into their GTM strategy
• Represent Alta’s culture and values in every interaction
Product:
• Develop deep expertise in Alta’s AI platform and use cases
• Guide customers on best practices for onboarding, adoption, and GTM execution
• Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with Product to influence roadmap
• Drive adoption of new features and scalable enablement materials
What You Bring:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management in SaaS
• 2+ years of experience managing and leading teams
• Strong background in startup environments
• Proven track record of driving retention and expansion (NRR, churn)
• Excellent English communication skills (native or fluent)
• Strong stakeholder management, including C-level
• Data-driven, proactive, and highly organized
Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI or GTM tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or CS platforms
• Background in RevOps / SalesOps or growth-focused roles
