What you'll do
You'll take ownership of Alta's visual identity and shape how the brand shows up across all touchpoints, including web, social, campaigns, and marketing content. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to create a sharp, consistent, and high-quality visual experience that reflects both the product and the company's pace.
You'll design a wide range of marketing assets such as campaigns, ads, branded content, emails, and landing pages, turning complex ideas into clear and compelling visuals through design and illustration. You'll use AI tools as part of your everyday creative process — pushing the visual language forward and producing work that wouldn't have been possible two years ago. You'll work from concept to execution, iterate based on feedback and performance data, and continuously raise the creative bar while maintaining strong consistency.
You'll also have exposure to product work, thinking about features, user experience, and complex systems design, directly connected to what is actually being built and used.
What we're looking for
Must have:
- 2-4 years of experience in creative or brand design with a strong portfolio that demonstrates originality and creative range
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design tools
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Veo, Krea, or similar) and a clear point of view on how AI changes the creative process
- Experience designing marketing assets such as social, campaigns, landing pages, and email
- Understanding of acquisition and performance marketing — you know what makes an ad click and what makes a landing page convert
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and experience designing for products or systems
- Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, precise, and engaging visuals
- Ability to work fast, independently, and execute from concept to delivery
- Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew
Nice to have:
- Motion design and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI-native equivalents like Runway and Sora)
- Experience in webflow
- Experience in product design or coemplex platform design
- Experience in fast growing startups
- Background in B2B SaaS or data driven products
