Go-to-Market Strategist (CSM)- US

Location: US, New York / Miami (remote/hybrid)

About the Role

We're looking for a customer-centric, commercially minded Go-to-Market Strategist to help customers maximize value from Alta while driving adoption, retention, and growth. Acting as a strategic advisor who helps customers achieve business outcomes and scale their use of AI.

Responsibilities

Customer Strategy & Growth

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB,mid-market, and enterprise customers across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal
  • Lead customer engagements including onboarding, business reviews, enablement sessions, and strategic planning discussions
  • Develop success plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for adoption, expansion, and workflow optimization
  • Partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities

Customer Insights & Retention

  • Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Build action plans to improve adoption, satisfaction, and retention
  • Translate customer feedback and business needs into actionable recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and AI Engineer teams to align customer needs with business priorities
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product direction and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outcomes

Product Expertise & Enablement

  • Develop deep expertise in Alta's AI platform and integrations
  • Guide customers on best practices, implementation, and change management
  • Champion new features and product initiatives with customers
  • Contribute to scalable resources, playbooks, and customer education materials

What You Bring

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Consulting, GTM, or SaaS-related roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
  • Experience leading customer onboarding, adoption, and growth initiatives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Strategic, analytical, and customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, AI tools, and modern SaaS technology
  • Availability to support US customers during core business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience in startups or SaaS companies or SDR role
  • Background in Customer Success, RevOps, sales enablement, or consulting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar GTM tools
  • Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Spanish, Portuguese, French or additional language proficiency
