About the Role
We're looking for a customer-centric, commercially minded Go-to-Market Strategist to help customers maximize value from Alta while driving adoption, retention, and growth. Acting as a strategic advisor who helps customers achieve business outcomes and scale their use of AI.
Responsibilities
Customer Strategy & Growth
- Manage a portfolio of SMB,mid-market, and enterprise customers across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Lead customer engagements including onboarding, business reviews, enablement sessions, and strategic planning discussions
- Develop success plans aligned with customer goals and business outcomes
- Identify opportunities for adoption, expansion, and workflow optimization
- Partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities
Customer Insights & Retention
- Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Build action plans to improve adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Translate customer feedback and business needs into actionable recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and AI Engineer teams to align customer needs with business priorities
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product direction and go-to-market strategies
- Partner across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and outcomes
Product Expertise & Enablement
- Develop deep expertise in Alta's AI platform and integrations
- Guide customers on best practices, implementation, and change management
- Champion new features and product initiatives with customers
- Contribute to scalable resources, playbooks, and customer education materials
What You Bring
Required
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Consulting, GTM, or SaaS-related roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
- Experience leading customer onboarding, adoption, and growth initiatives
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
- Strategic, analytical, and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable with CRM systems, AI tools, and modern SaaS technology
- Availability to support US customers during core business hours
Nice to Have
- Experience in startups or SaaS companies or SDR role
- Background in Customer Success, RevOps, sales enablement, or consulting
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar GTM tools
- Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Spanish, Portuguese, French or additional language proficiency
